Remote Client Support

With DATEV's Remote Client Support, we offer our clients a location-independent online collaboration tool. In order to do this you have to download a small program, which is used the establish a direct connection between two computers via the internet. It offers remote access, i.e. the remote PC can be viewed and controlled, as well as a presentation mode, in which screen content is shared with the communication partner via the internet. In addition, an existing connection can be used to exchange files. As a result, we are able to provide you quickly and effectively with support or tips when working in the DATEV environment.
