The history of our firm: tradition and innovation

Growing a business is one thing, remaining successful is quite another. Due to healthy growth, the firm has expanded the number of offices over the course of its history and now has multiple offices employing over 70 motivated employees. In addition, we have gained valuable experience and left nothing to chance. The quest for perfection has always given us the necessary drive, while our systematic way of working has proven to be the basis for sustainable success.

Here we provide a summary of 60 dynamic years:

1950 The company was founded by the tax consultant Rudolf Starke in Glücksburg.
1975 His son, Dipl. Kfm. Ulrich Starke, chartered accountant and tax adviser, joined the firm.
1978 Relocation of the office to Flensburg.
1980 The tax consultant, Arnold Johannsen joined the firm.
1983 Opening of an office in Steinbergkirche in the district of Schleswig-Flensburg.
1990 Opening of branches in Wittenburg (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) and Eberswalde (Brandenburg).
1994 The tax consultant, Hans-Willi Petersen joined the firm.
1999 Opening of an office in Kappeln in the district of Schleswig-Flensburg.
2000 Starke & Partner celebrated its 50th anniversary
2008 The tax consultant, Sven Peschel joined the firm.
2009 The partners of the joint practice took over the firm HC Hanseatic Consult Starke & Partner as well as the auditing firm, HCW Hanseatic Consult GmbH in Hamburg.
2010 Start of cooperation with the attorney Roger Zörb in Hamburg.
2012 Relocation of the Hamburg office to HafenCity.
